Weeks of September 19-23
We have been observing our terrariums and have put plants in our aquarium, which include Elodea and Duckweed. In our terrarium, we have growing plants that include Rye Grass, Mustard, and Alfalfa.
We have also gotten new jobs for our class, and have been writing notes for our fellow peers. We have learned about the safe place and have been learning how to control our emotions, and using feeling buddies to help.
Mile run next week! Remember to wear tennis shoes on Wednesday at 10:45! Also, remember to bring in a device on Friday 9/30 if you have one!

Weeks of September 6-16, 2016
We elected student council members. They are Alice C. and Nicholas R. All the students who ran gave very persuasive speeches and it was a close election.
We created terrariums and aquariums, learned to sign the pledge of Allegiance, and we learned about the We Care Center. We also started our electives for first quarter. An officer came in and talked to us about middle school and the LEADER program. His name was Officer Witherspoon. We also started our class jobs. I think the first two weeks of school have been AMAZING!
